The Key Accounts Team is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy and presents an outstanding opportunity to work on strategic sales cycles with our largest customers across a broad range of industries.
About the Role
Miro is looking to hire an experienced sales leader to steward one of our Strategic Accounts Sales teams. In this role you will build, mentor, and oversee a hard-working team of Strategic Account Executives. You will partner cross-functionally to evolve our Key Accounts GTM playbook and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coach a dynamic team of Strategic Account Executives.
- Execute on your team’s plan to meet and exceed quota.
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and manage a clean pipeline via a deep knowledge of our sales process, MEDDPICC, and Command of the Message.
- Own ongoing growth and development including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring reps.
- Partner with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success and other cross-functional teams to drive success.
- Build and maintain Executive relationships across our largest customers.
- Participate in formulating key strategic decisions as a key player on the sales leadership team.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of closing experience with a tech/SaaS organization
- 2+ years of leadership experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Experience running deals within Large Enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees)
- Experience with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC is a major plus.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
- Excellent ability to identify and resolve problems in the sales process
- Superb communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
- Known for integrity, ability to build trust, and strong relationships across all levels
- Builder mentality, self-starter, go-getter, history of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
