This role requires a balance of strategic planning and agile execution; partnering to design and develop programs, and strong collaboration with our Revenue Organization leadership.Â
Who You Are
You have a proven track record of building positive relationships across the business and a demonstrated ability to act as a partner and consultant, including possessing the skills to probe for understanding, identify issues and opportunities, and suggest win-win resolutions with cross functional teams. You are data driven, capable of interpreting and optimizing enablement programs based on data insights. You are a strong program manager, with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time while consistently meeting deadlines. You have excellent proactive verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about sales, including methodologies and processes, and thrive on helping others succeed.
Responsibilities:

Develop scalable enablement frameworks for field and partner teams – and ensure operational success

Enable and measure success of field readiness from lead generation to deal close

Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product marketing, customer success, channel, people experience and other departments and key stakeholdersÂ
-
Enable partners and account managers with sales acumen and product knowledge to accelerate ramp and increase productivity

Deliver training and workshops for partners and AEs through both on-demand, virtual and in person sessions

Create, deliver and measure results of curriculum developmentÂ
-
Partner with senior leadership as a strategic partners, identify and solve challengesÂ
-
Identify key processes and skills such as discovery, demo, negotiation, deal execution; work closely with the GTM Excellence and Product / Technical Teams, acting as a voice of the field while ensuring global programs are aligned with the needs and requirements of the team Â

Partner closely with the Product Marketing and Partner teams to understand requirements and deliver content designed specifically for AEs to use in their conversations with prospects and customers.
Requirements:

3-5 years experience in sales enablement with a successful track record of developing and delivering trainingÂ
-
3-5 years of experience in quota carrying direct, channel or related role
-
Deep understanding of UCaaS industry; SaaS sales cycles, sales process, and sales methodologies

Understand the nuances and fast paced environment of a high growth company

Design and provide input to Sales Kick Off

Review and edit localized training materials when required

Stay abreast of industry trends in learning, selling, technology sales and sales skills

Conduct pain point analysis with channel and sales leadership to design enablement programs to impact business challenges and break down complex problems in a simplified way
Qualifications

A student of adult learning, sales skills and learning tactics
-
Training delivery and/or facilitation experience with partners and AEs
-
Excellent communication skills, high impact & high energy sales training style, generating and sustaining engagement with your audienceÂ

Strong interpersonal skills; enjoys working with others in a collaborative manner – acting as a team player will be an essential componentÂ

Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical to successÂ

A consultative approach to the role and ability to work cross-functionally

Experience with enablement and sales tools including prospecting, CRM, readiness, content management and learning managementÂ

Versed in sales process, prospecting, CRM, content management and learning management systemsÂ
-
and sales methodology (Value Selling + MEDDPICC)
-
Less than 20% travel required
