Job Summary
The Business Transformation Office team is a results-oriented, and innovative team within Go-to-Market Operations. Working alongside other leaders and teammates you will drive sophisticated, multi-functional efforts that supports and enhances NetApp’s world-wide business processes and capabilities as we continue to pursue sales excellence. You will utilize your strong consultative approach and functional process expertise to drive a portfolio of deep change that meet the business needs. You will help NetApp craft business capabilities and strategies by analyzing complex business processes end-to-end, making design recommendations to optimize performance, and supporting the execution of programs to realize our future-state. You will also be responsible for facilitating meetings and workshops to drive program deliverables and outcomes.
Our business process architects are strategic thinkers with excellent business insights and enjoys translation of strategy into execution. They are curious about problems and understanding how everything works, and advocates for operational excellence. They work with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to define end-to-end value streams, align on organizational effectiveness strategies, develop differentiating capabilities, reinvent organizational and operating models, and take full advantage of technology. Working as trusted advisors you will partner with Business and IT teams to deliver business outcomes.

Job Requirements
• Understand NetApp’s operating model and commercial objectives and how they translate into the need for efficient, standardized, scalable business processes, organizational structures, and operations.
• Analyze existing processes, leveraging different techniques and methods, including documentation of the existing flows. recommending process improvements to address key priorities and transformational objectives
• Leverage expertise in industry best practices, policies, procedures data analysis to land insights to further scale the business
• Drive with customer experience and sales excellence top of mind
• Lead the design of “to be” processes and work with experts to stay aligned with business stakeholders, users, and technical teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to key business leaders and team members
• Proactively work with IT to define and implement system solutions – execute in an agile delivery model.
• Collaborate with the business and change management teams to ensure business readiness and transfer knowledge for any new process/system.
• Ensure baseline metrics and KPIs are understood and drive future state measurement/ management systems for operational health and success metrics.
• Experience and expertise across end-to-end business cycles, with operational experience in Go-to-Market processes & capabilities such as Opportunity Management, Deal Registration, Channel Partner engagement models.
• Possess deep knowledge of Anaplan Platform.
• Proficient in Modeling (Must be certified Anaplan Modeler/Architect).
• Proficient in Territory & Quota planning, Account segmentation functions.
• Ability to work with cross-functional groups and executive level stakeholders
• Strong business point of view and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education
Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $133,600 – $163,000 and will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
