Job Summary

This role is within the Engineering Services organization supporting all Product Group teams with procurement automation and reporting, providing Business Operations support, and providing cross BU Program Management. The primary function of this role is to partner with our Business Operations and internal Product Group teams to develop reporting and automation to improve transparency in our procurement and budget management activities. Additionally, this role will be responsible for providing business operations support to specific teams as needed and managing cross BU initiatives for the BU.

Job Requirements

  • Manage the full development lifecycle for reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, engineering, and operations teams to align requirements with project goals.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure reports meet customer needs and reflect the correct financial values.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, especially during quarterly procurement and financial close cycles.
  • Collaborative team player who actively contributes to business process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Teams skills; experience with AI tools or Power BI is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 68,000 – 101,200 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
