Title: Software Partner Solutions Director (South Market Unit)
Location: Atlanta or Dallas SAP office
Purpose & Objectives:
The Software Partner Solutions Director plays a key leadership role across SAP North America and Market Unit by with Third Party Software Partners. The role’s key responsibilities are drive revenue through Partner Orchestration by effective leveraging Experiences and Operationalization of the South Market Unit Strategy. Additionally, will take on the responsibility of a Partner Leader for 2-3 Software Partners. Critical skill sets and experience include understanding of enterprise software sales, ability to create lasting and trusting relationships internally and externally, executing in a force multiplier capacity, establishing a positive and collaborative team environment.
Expectations and Tasks:
- Integrate
- Integrate Partner & SAP across Sales, Alliances, Marketing and Solution
- Set Market Unit Strategy across all Partners
- Tailor demand generation tactics
- Partner Orchestration to one single strategy to ensure accountability and success.
- Partner presence into SAP office
- In person presentations to Partners Sales and Alliance Teams
- Attend Partner sponsored events that bring incremental pipeline with the highest conversion rate
- Influence
- Knowledgeable of all 3PS activity (Sales, Alliances & Demand)
- Identify E2E Solutions to drive incrementality across organizations / across sales segments
- Oversight of 3PS Marketing and Event items for South MU
- Execute
- Drive deal execution (CQ) & expansion (Q+1,Q+2)
- Responsible for MU annual 3PS revenue
- Manages MU forecast
- Relationships
- Establish Relationship Plan across 3PS (External / Internal)
- Scorecards w/ MU Leadership
- Create and foster a positive and team environment
- Communicate to develop Clear, Insightful, Approachable and Optimistic Experiences
Work Experience
- 3+ yrs experience in the software industry in a sales or related role
- Experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships
- SAP NA field experience a plus
Education & Qualifications/Skills & Competencies
- MS Office Products – Strong analytical competencies and a capacity to communicate, influence, persuade and present at an executive level through.
- Good and positive energy – brings innovative ideas to the team and champions best practices
- Social Strategy
- Ability to identify, develop, champion and execute strategic initiatives with highly complex partners
- A proven capability to work in a team and collaborate across matrixed reporting lines
- Expertise and acumen in forging initiatives and go-to-market sales pipeline/opportunity development plans
- Ability to effectively lead change initiatives, collaborate for mutual success and thrive in ambiguity.
- BA or BS degree or equivalent
- Proven software industry business development skills

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 132,000 – 281,400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
