Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Small Business Account Executive to join our team in Amsterdam You will bring energy, drive, curiosity, and a successful sales track record.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and product goals by engaging small business clients (1-50 employees)
- Qualify leads, understand client needs, and collaborate with technical teams
- Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Create and deliver client presentations, proposals, and demos
- Engage with C-Level and VP-Level executives to address their business needs
- Utilize value-based selling techniques to close deals and manage complex sales campaigns
- Maintain and grow business within existing accounts
- Track sales activities using Salesforce CRM and provide timely updates
- Collaborate with management to forecast sales and identify trends
- Resolve client issues promptly and escalate as needed
- Stay informed about product offerings, competition, and industry trends
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the tech industry
- Experience in SaaS/Cloud sales, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets
- Professional-level fluency in Swedish or another Nordic language; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM; experience with SaaS video or web conferencing solutions is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and business acumen skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple sales processes, and adapt to changing market conditions
- Professional level fluency in English/Nordics languages
