What you’ll do:

  • Be a trusted advisor to the Services Market Unit or Business Area Leadership from a Revenue Operations perspective
  • Work closely with the colleagues within the NA Revenue Operations Team, NA Services Controlling, as well as broader NA Regional teams
  • Steer business performance, especially on Services Top KPIs
  • Manage overall Rhythm of the Business – lead the cadence of Services processes, support action plan design and execution in a proactive, consistent, and timely manner
  • Support and drive the following key processes and cadences: Bookings & Revenue forecasting/ADRM, annual Services budgeting, account assignment and territory planning, Services Top KPI target setting and execution, sales order monitoring, portfolio review, month-end & quarter-end closing
  • Drive and integrate new KPIs and focus areas such as Consumed ACV, Customer Value Journey into the business.
  • Prepare top performance metrics / KPIs, support QBRs / Business reviews, provide content, capture trends, business insights, make recommendations, and drive improvement action plans
  • Use knowledge, data, and analytical skills to provide insightful, fact-based decision-making analysis for the Leadership team
  • Contribute to process adoption and tool enhancements – e.g. Harmony, IBP, PtD/FELIPE, Bookings & Revenue ADRM
  • Be a key contributor and thought leader on the use of internal tools within the company.

 

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience within SAP (ideally Customer Success, Services, CE&X, Sales, Cloud, Operations and/or Finance)
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
  • Knowledge of SAP CS and Services business processes & tools (e.g. Harmony/CRM, ADRM FC, PtD, ISP)
  • Innovative thinker, team-player, results-oriented, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strong analytical skills – effectively interpret, correlate data & make logical recommendations
  • Strong business acumen – sound decision-making skills related to the Services business
  • Organizational excellence – adept at multi-tasking, strong organizational agility & project mgt skills
  • Outstanding communication & presentation skills – present thoughts, ideas in a logical manner
  • Demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness in delivery of quality outcomes
  • Ability to deliver high quality output under deadline pressure and in complex environments
  • Proactive approach, with ability to anticipate, communicate, and resolve issues with minimal guidance
  • Experience in working within virtual teams across organizations
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • English: Fluent; other relevant languages are a plus

    Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 99000 – 168300(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
