Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leads to help secure 50 companies within the next 3 months. Your goal is to onboard these companies to purchase one-year memberships for 25–50 internal employees or external partners at a cost of $399–$599 per person. This role offers a unique opportunity to earn competitive commissions (12% of total revenue) while driving meaningful partnerships that align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with target companies to onboard their employees or partners into the membership program.
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan to secure 50 companies within the specified timeframe.
- Present the value and benefits of the membership program to decision-makers (HR, C-suite, etc.) to close sales.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Track and report on sales activities, leads, and progress toward targets using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage sales materials and campaigns for outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role with measurable success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
- Experience with B2B sales, especially with HR or corporate partnerships, is a plus.
Compensation:
- 2% commission on total revenue generated.
