Job Summary
The CloudOps Marketing Team at NetApp is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Marketing Analytics Manager with a passion for solving complex problems and with a can-do attitude. You are a storyteller with a strong background in analytics and critical thinking, who excels at translating data-driven insights into compelling narratives for Go-To-Market teams.
The is a hands-on role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, web team, and other analytics teams to deliver a comprehensive reporting framework and to ensure that efforts are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.Â

Job Responsibilities
Marketing Funnel Optimization
·   Design, implement and maintain data models, dashboards and reports to track and to monitor key marketing and sales metrics
·   Evaluate and optimize marketing campaign metrics based on industry best practices, providing recommendations based on performance and deep analyses to improve marketing effectiveness
·   Track business level performance based on different sources and provide insights and recommendations to advise leadership, crafting raw data and analysis into well-written and persuasive visual content
·   Collect, maintain and publish monthly and quarterly metrics including, web, social, database health, and funnel performance
·   Identify and analyze data quality issues, and implement solutions to ensure accurate and reliable data
·   Partner with Data Science and other analytics team to maintain and evolve attribution models, ensuring all touchpoints, channels and campaigns are tracking accurately from all areas of the business; own the tracking and accuracy of marketing channels and campaign attribution; analyze pipeline and revenue performance
Digital Marketing Performance Reporting & AnalysisÂ
•   Own and manage website performance reporting and analysis scorecards
•   Monitor key website engagement metrics to deliver insight and recommendations, including analysis of online user behavior, conversion data and user journeys
•   Support ad-hoc querying and analyses to understand user behavior, investigating emerging trends and diagnose data discrepancies
•   Partner closely with web team to track performance to ensure best user experience

Job Requirements
·   At least eight years of experience in marketing analytics, with strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
·   Deep expertise in marketing and sales funnel metrics and how to connect the dots and tell a story with data
·   Highly proficient in data analysis tools, web analytics tools and advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
·   Solid understanding of data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI and Tableau
·   Excellent communication skills, being able to extract and to communicate concise takeaways from complex data
·   Ability to persistently navigate organizational challenges without losing sight of key goalsÂ
·   Collaborative work ethic as partnership with stakeholders at all levels is key

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 110,520 – 155,320 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.Â
