Job Description and Expectations:

Human Capital Management (HCM) Value Advisors are responsible for helping companies transform their business. We collaborate with our customers to develop justifications for Human Capital Management / Human Resources technology investments by aligning strategic imperatives to business outcomes and the solutions that enable them, building business cases, and developing strategic roadmaps. We identify process improvement opportunities, estimate the opportunity value and build out a compelling rationale for a business and experience transformation.

Successful Human Capital Management Value  Advisors provide Human Capital Management / Human Resources Line of Business (LOB) thought leadership, strategic solution advice (with input from other experts) and consultation to support business process performance improvement programs and customer co-innovation.

 

Responsibilities include:

-Partnering with field sales teams to identify revenue opportunities, create account strategies, and execute sales plays.

-Leading large, cross-functional customer engagements to assess strategic objectives, map out innovation scenarios, identify key improvement opportunities and other sources of economic value, and present executive- or board-level justification for change.

-Collaborating with customers to establish value management practices which includes regularly benchmarking for best practices and measuring realized value.

-Pro-actively driving collaboration across the organization with sales, solution advisory, solution architects, customer success partners and others to deliver a unified pitch to our customers or prospects.

-Continually developing the practice of value advisory through enhancement of methodology, toolsets, and content, in collaboration with other regional or LOB value teams

-Development of SAP's brand through thought leadership delivered through social media and events.

 

Qualifications:

-Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in management consulting, operations, or value management.

-Deep Human Capital Management / Human Resources LOB expertise 

-Excellent analytical ability. Understand how to analyze corporate strategy and financial/operational results and draw conclusions about business health and opportunities

-Excellent executive presentation skills with a strong emphasis on synthesis, storytelling and simply representing complex scenarios to diverse audiences

-Engagement management and facilitation skills, knowledge of Design Thinking or similar methods a strong plus

-Team player with strong executive presence. Ability to bring cross-functional teams together to work towards common goals

-Strong Business Case development skills 

-MBA or equivalent degree/skills

 

Candidate(s) will be required to work 3 days a week in office/client site as per our Pledge to Flex return to office policy

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 184000 – 390200 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
