En tant que responsable de la chaîne pour la région EMEA sud de Zoom, vous dirigerez les partenaires et les équipes commerciales de Zoom afin de stimuler les ventes des canaux. Vous identifierez, renforcerez et favoriserez les écosystèmes de chaînes dans diverses zones géographiques. Vous jouerez également un rôle central au sein de l’équipe de direction des chaînes EMEA.
À propos de l’équipe
L’équipe Zoom Channel est chargée de créer et de gérer des partenariats avec des revendeurs, des intégrateurs et d’autres fournisseurs tiers afin d’étendre la portée et la présence de Zoom sur le marché. Nos tâches consistent notamment à développer des alliances stratégiques, à fournir des formations et une assistance aux partenaires et à garantir une intégration fluide des produits Zoom avec d’autres technologies. En favorisant un solide écosystème de partenaires, l’équipe vise à stimuler les ventes, à améliorer l’expérience client et à accélérer l’adoption des solutions de communication et de collaboration de Zoom dans divers secteurs et régions.
Ce que nous recherchons

Posséder une vaste expérience dans les rôles de leader des canaux au sein de fournisseurs de logiciels/SaaS, avec un accent particulier sur les solutions UCaaS et CCaaS

Posséder une solide expérience des environnements SaaS

Démontrer une expérience éprouvée en matière de direction d’équipes exceptionnelles qui prospèrent dans le domaine des ventes par canaux

Posséder de vastes compétences en matière de collaboration, à la fois en interne et en externe
What you can expect
As a Channel Leader for Zoom’s EMEA South region, you’ll lead partner and Zoom sales teams to drive channel sales. You’ll identify, empower, and foster channel ecosystems across diverse geographies. You’ll also play a central role in the EMEA Channels Leadership Team.
About the Team
The Zoom Channel Team is responsible for building and managing partnerships with resellers, integrators, and other third-party vendors to expand Zoom’s reach and market presence. Our tasks include developing strategic alliances, providing training and support to partners, and ensuring seamless integration of Zoom’s products with other technologies. By fostering a robust partner ecosystem, the team aims to drive sales, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate the adoption of Zoom’s communication and collaboration solutions across diverse industries and regions.
What we’re looking for

Possess extensive experience in channel leader roles within software/SaaS vendors, with a significant emphasis on UCaaS & CCaaS

Have a well-versed background in SaaS environments

Demonstrate a proven history of leading great teams that thrive in channel sales

Have extensive collaboration skills, both internally and externally

Fluent in written and spoken French to a native speaker standard.
