Job Summary

As an Enterprise Client Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales activities within existing named enterprise accounts while aggressively pursuing new business in acquisition accounts within your territory. We are looking for a prospecting pro with a true hunter mentality, someone who thrives on discovery and excels at new logo acquisition. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve aggressive revenue goals within existing and new enterprise accounts.
  • Actively prospect, qualify, and acquire new customers, with a focus on whitespace opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, leveraging internal and external resources to drive success.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand NetApp’s footprint within these accounts.
  • Collaborate with partners, leveraging NetApp’s Channel Development Managers, to enable partner sales and technical teams, ensuring alignment with NetApp’s Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Deliver NetApp’s vision and strategy effectively to customer and partner teams, driving engagement and success in co-sell opportunities.
  • Emphasize quality partner relationships, focusing on building a partner portfolio that drives maximum results in the territory.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in datacenter or information technology sales; experience in storage solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in new business development and a hunter mindset with a demonstrated ability to win new logos and grow business in whitespace accounts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quotas and building referenceable business.
  • Experience working in a distributed sales environment with a solid understanding of the channel sales landscape.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with storage and cloud infrastructure technologies and the ability to apply this knowledge to complex customer environments.
  • Experience in managing and growing partner relationships to drive collaborative sales efforts.
  • High integrity, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively across teams, with strong organizational skills and a focus on customer success.

Education

 

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree preferred

 

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $280,000 – $343,000 total on target earnings and will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
