Digital Solution Advisor Specialist (Order to Cash): SAP Digital Hub

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Profile

Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support value messaging and articulate how SAP is uniquely positioned to deliver their desired outcomes (with a specialization in the nuances of digital sales techniques). Serve as domain experts and spokesperson(s) for Order to Cash solution area. Primarily responsible for integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies, ensuring effective communication of product value, and facilitating tailored solutions for clients.    

 

Key Responsibilities and Tasks 

These are some of the responsibilities you will have: 

Area 1: Deal Support 

The Digital Solution Advisor Specialist is instrumental in elevating SAP's presence in customer engagements. Their primary responsibility lies in crafting and executing presentations, communicating the distinct advantages of SAP solutions. By seamlessly collaborating with VAT teams, they will be fundamental in weaving customer pain points into innovative narratives, highlighting SAP's solutions. Beyond the initial presentations, they will be leading discovery sessions with potential clients, ensuring that SAP's offerings align with their unique requirements. Their intermediate knowledge of SAP solutions, backed by relevant customer success stories, will cement your credibility in the field. With expertise in cutting-edge virtual tools, they will ensure impactful remote presentations. They will have a hand in shaping customer roadmaps for their transition to Cloud environments and provide vital support in RFx completion. Their involvement will persist post-sale, ensuring clients transition smoothly, and they will take charge in crafting holistic narratives for pivotal events and key presentations. 

 

Area 2: Demand Generation 

A Digital Solution Advisor Specialist will play a role in our demand generation efforts. With an intermediate grasp of solution knowledge, they are trusted to enhance and refine content that speaks directly to our prospective clients. Collaborating closely with our Demand Generation & Marketing teams, their insights will help craft targeted content that resonates with the needs and aspirations of our audience. Their proficiency ensures that our outreach is both relevant and compelling. 

 

Area 3: Digital Content  

They will actively contribute to the development and refinement of digital content tailored for customer-facing scenarios. By incorporating intermediate-level insights and product nuances, they will enhance the depth and relevance of the content for our audience. 

 

Experience Requirements

  • As a specialist in Order to Cash, you will focus and have experience in the following areas: Quote to Cash process, Billing, Pricing, Contracts, Business Partners, Credit Management, Rebates, Service Process, Returns Management. 
  • 2+ years of relevant presales AND OR operational and corporate Order to Cash experience  
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA (Master of Business Administration) or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred 
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition ERP solution knowledge 
  • Candidate will bring a distinguished combination of digital proficiency, technical acumen, and seasoned customer engagement expertise. A solid foundation of >2 year in (digital) presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role is essential.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 88100 – 197900 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
