Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor at our Newtown Square, PA location to engage with, enable, and support partners in assigned regions on post-sales engagement methodology and related topics cross Cloud or LOB specific.
Expectations and Tasks:
Ensures partners focus on cloud subscriptions adoption, renewals, and expansion for their customers and utilize best practices, monitor adoption, and collect feedback to continuously improve processes and tools. Responsible for the management, orchestration of resources and execution of activities for a designated set of customer accounts, including post sales account management strategy development, outcome success plan definition & execution (adoption & consumption), account relationship management, issue mitigation, point of escalation for assigned customers, opportunistic expansion of solutions or services through lead generation activities. Governs and directs work to enable partners on the documentation and support of their customer’s business strategy, objectives & goals. Reviews business cases and facilitates value realization checks with assigned partners. Stays knowledgeable on partner’s industry, business strategy and market conditions. Orchestrates success resources across the product portfolio. Identifies and mitigates risks to current and future recurring revenue. Maintains overall responsibility for assuring that partner has established a sustainable Customer Success practice that will drive cloud subscription adoption, renewals, and the expansion of SAPs footprint. Acts as trusted advisor when sharing experiential knowledge, and critical enabler for partners’ post-sales success in collaboration with other partner-facing roles and internal SAP cross-board experts. Serves as single point of contact at the regional / market unit level within Cloud Success Services (CSS) for global allocated services partners.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve three (3) years in the following:

SAP ABAP or SQL;

HTML and JavaScript;

Database Technologies including SAP HANA, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle 10g;

Data visualization solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI; and
-
ServiceNow, Jira, Advance Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic travel to various unanticipated customer sites.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,611 – $144,560. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,611 – $180,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
