We’re helping our clients around the globe redefine customer experience, unifying front, middle, and back office for a 360-degree view of the customer.

We’re looking for a distinctive First Line Manager Role that will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued clients. Leveraging your expertise in customer success, you will lead a team to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization and take a key role in building up and driving SaaS transformational implementations to success.
