What you can expect
As a Business Development Representative, your purpose is to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This entry-level combination sales role involves both inbound and outbound calls from inbound leads. You’ll build and maintain meaningful customer relationships, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Your proactive approach and strategic mindset will be instrumental in expanding our market presence.

About the Team
The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company’s success. With a focus on delivering cutting- edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide.

What you will be doing
● Carrying out inbound and outbound activities daily between calls, emails, social selling, direct mail, video messages
● Achieving quarterly qualified opportunity quotas
● with our Sales teams to prioritize and select accounts to target
● Communicating with C-level and VP-level Executives to address business needs
● Maintaining and updating Salesforce.com regularly
● Leveraging a wide range of sales tools to complete tasks efficiently
What we’re looking for
● Be able to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
● Have 1 to 2 years of Sales or Customer-Facing experience
● Have excellent customer service skills and sales acumen
● Have an eagerness to learn and adapt
● Have the proven ability to meet performance goals, consistently delivering happiness to
customers
● Be passionate about personal and professional growth within the sales domain
● Be willing to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency
and enthusiasm
● Be able to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations
● Professional level fluency in English
