Unilever and SistasIn Sales are delighted to create intentional space for women of color in sales to come together in sisterhood, to learn about opportunities on the Unilever Sales team, and to build professional relationships in Austin, Texas during SXSW!
Join us for conversation on the importance of authenticity as sellers. As we know, race-based hair bias, prejudice and discrimination remains a systemic problem in the workplace, disproportionately impacting Black women. In the recent Dove and LinkedIn study: Black women’s hair is 2.5x more likely to be perceived as unprofessional. As we foray into Women’s History Month, and continue to level-up as revenue generators, please take this opportunity to create long lasting relationships with Sistas in Sales and future career opportunities with mission driven companies like Unilever.
