New Apprenticeship (NEW) is the nation’s first Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship for Digital Marketing. Since 2016, NEW has grown with the needs of employer’s and the marketplace, providing innovative tech apprenticeships for the underrepresented and creating diverse tech talent pathways in Data, Cyber, IT ServiceNow, and AWS Cloud. Over 120+ businesses have partnered with NEW in their mission to bridge the tech talent gap. The overwhelming majority of workforce leaders agree that the classroom of the future is the workplace; it is only through experience that we can truly learn to lead.

NEW partners with leading employers to develop highly skilled, diverse, early career-tech talent via an integrated apprenticeship program. NEW empowers entire communities to develop technical and leadership skills where traditional career pathways are non-existent. Their goal is to transform the lives of apprentices and fundamentally change the way tech talent is developed over the next decade.
