Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Sistas in Sales ("SIS") collects when you use our website and member community, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider. We never see your password).
• Profile details you choose to add: photo, job title, company, location, industry, bio, interests and LinkedIn link.
• Community activity: connections, messages you send, and reports you file.

How we use it

• To run your account and the member community.
• To show your profile to other members, only in line with the privacy settings you choose.
• To send account emails (like verification and password resets) and, only if you opt in, news and marketing.

Your privacy controls

Your profile is hidden from the member directory until you choose to show it. You decide whether members can message you and whether your location, company and LinkedIn link are visible. Your email address is never shown to other members.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the community, under agreements to protect it.

Your rights

You can view and edit your information at any time, and request deletion of your account from your profile settings.
