What you can expect
Zoom is hiring a Senior Sales Business Partner to assist Japan’s sales leadership. The position includes headcount planning, territory design, quota setting, and forecasting assistance. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who can drive growth and operational excellence. The partner works with executives to create sales team recommendations. The role reports to the Int’l SOPS Business Partner Manager and collaborates closely with the Head of Japan.

What we’re looking for
- Have extensive knowledge (Min 8 Yr) in Global Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, and Business Operations.
- Have experience in SaaS, B2B, multi-product, and technical sales for high-growth companies.
- Be proficient in Salesforce.com, Google Docs, Excel, and technically savvy for other key sales applications; will consider another CRM proficiency
- Possess direct or indirect management experience with global sales leaders in worldwide regions
- Have proficiency in handling C-level presentations, meetings, and strategy discussions, yet possess the ability to connect with field sales reps
- Possess an Outcomes-oriented approach to sales and sales operations with corresponding experience managing key metrics for success
- To achieve business success, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential.
- Have Proficiency/ fluency in English and Japanese languages.
