The Team

The Role
As a Senior Solution Advisor you will utilize SAP technology to amaze our customers by realizing their vison and solving their most complex problems. As a specialist in the Human Capital Management space, you will focus on one or more of the following areas:
- Core HR and Payroll
- Benefits Administration
- Talent Management and Optimization
- Workforce Management
- Employee Experience Management
- HR Analytics and Workforce Planning
As the solution expert, you will:
- Lead the solution component of the Human Capital Management sales cycles
- Conduct discovery sessions in advance of a demonstration or key presentation with representatives from the prospective customer to build relationships and understand their unique needs
- Drive a prescriptive outcome with your customers in partnership with the account team
- Be the face of SAP and bring the solution to life through visual storytelling and demonstrations
- Effectively present to customers remotely using virtual technologies
- Represent SAP’s current cloud solutions and future direction
- Demonstrate deep industry knowledge to maintain credibility with prospective customers
- Position SAP considering the competitive landscape
- Provide answers to customer / internal SAP team inquiries concerning advanced solution topics
- Speak about technical topics in every-day language
- Develop a reputation for excellence in customer engagement
- Share your knowledge with the greater Solution Advisory community
- Collaborate on strategic internal projects.

Qualifications and Experience – Do yours line up?
Hint: you don’t have to be an expert in everything and it’s okay if you haven’t had a Presales role in the past. If what you’ve read so far excites you, we want to talk!
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant presales OR Human Capital Management experience involving customer installations.
- Extensive knowledge/background in Human Capital Management end-to-end business processes
- Strong expertise with Core HR and Payroll is preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP On Premise Payroll is valued
- Experience of working within a Regulated Industries Sector such as Federal, SLED or Healthcare is valued
- Experience exercising creative problem-solving and pivoting to respond to questions, objections and use cases.
- Superior presentation and written communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
- Master equivalent: optional

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 132000 – 224400(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
