As a UCC Customer Success Renewal and Expansion Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of Public Sector Renewal Customers throughout their cloud subscription lifecycle. Drive OCI consumption growth, secure high customer renewal rates, minimize contract forfeiture, and enhance overall customer satisfaction though ongoing customer relationship management.
