You will be responsible for the entire journey of our customers during the subscription period. It means you will support our customers (together with other Oracle areas) with tasks like: onboarding, provisioning, implementation, adoption, product updates, governance, cross-sell/up-sell and renew.
You will also be the main point of contact for our customers inside Oracle, and will also help them to manage issues and crisis.
You will be in touch with our product team and will have the opportunity to help shape our applications according to our customer needs.
