We’re currently seeking an ambitious, resourceful, and energetic People Operations Manager/HR Generalist to play a key role in driving Leapsome’s People Operations in the US.
- Take ownership to develop the US market with us and support structured growth aligned with our values.
- Contribute to building an organization where people thrive.
- Take ownership of our HR administrative processes/people operations along the entire employee lifecycle (like contract & document management, occupational safety, labor law, and payroll).
- Build and optimize essential HR processes, tools, and policies while striving to automate and streamline them.
- Take care of our US HRIS and PEO and improve our digital processes.
- Support our new joiners in their relocation process and their onboarding.
- Drive exciting employee engagement initiatives forward, for example, around DEI and other topics help us create a great culture in our NYC office.
- Continuously work to improve our people processes to deliver an outstanding employee experience.
- Support the team with administrative and labor law questions.
Requirements
- You have a university degree and 4+ years of work experience in HR or a similar role (ideally in a B2B Tech company).
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English in written and spoken forms.
- You have a fundamental knowledge of labor and contract law.
- You have the ability to connect with people, listen, and truly understand their needs to provide an excellent employee experience.
- You are a very focused and process-driven person and continuously work to improve existing processes.
